You can cancel your reservation anytime before 24hrs of the Check-In date to receive full refund.

If cancelled with in the 24hrs of Check-In date, 25% of penalty fee will be held before reimbursing your original payment amount.

If you didn't cancel your booking or if you didn't show up on the day of check-in date, you original payment amount will NOT be reimbursed.
